You requested critiques from me so I thought I would oblige
This is a strong photo which you waited for a great moment. The box in falling to the ground on the LHS really adds to the moment. I find the guy to be out of focus which hurts the shot because the bike and boxes are so sharp, originally I thought that you missed focus but it looks like your ISO was too low and you got some motion blur...
The frame is well balanced and composed...I would just tweak some processing to improve the image....if you squint you will see that the black squares are the point of highest contrast drawing the eyes away from the subject....i would play with your colour channels on the guys vest (lighten those colours) and his shirt (darken those) to create a better figure to gronnd relationship and draw the eye back to him. There is also a bit of camera tilt. I don't mind tilt if it adds to the story but the tilt is going the opposite way of the bike falling over..Of course this is just nitpicking, it is a great shot.

I tried playing around with the color channels, but the vest and the color of his skin just aren't compatible.
That and the flat lighting conditions which is typical of Dubai, made the image 'contrasty' and as a result, the background suffered from it.
I still need a lot of work in honing my editing skills.
But since this is a Street photo, I always try to keep editing to a bare minimum.
