How much can you pack into such a small photograph?
So many stories going on, and that's just the bus passing overhead. Characters going by and hanging about, cars passing and then there's the beauty of the last hours of sunlight. Much is extra in the details, sadly many will be lost in the small reproduction and the shadows.
Just the right photo for the bathroom, when you have time to rediscover what you might have first missed, or forgotten.
I wish more could be seen in the shadows, but the dynamic range is such that it might not be possible, and while missed, not an all together losing point, as look what you do get.

I agree with Eugene's comments, but I do like the subtle shadow areas. There is just enough to tell what's happening there.
The thing I like the most about this really interesting photo is the skater. As my composition teachers say you look at the highest contrast areas first. And the skater is for the most part the only figure that is not straight up and down. He has nice body angles that only only seen in the one person on the bus above him.
One thing I would play with is extending the black border to the sides as it is on the top and bottom and see how you feel about the photo then.
