Well, putting this template to use once again. Here we see that Ultra Ego has power-up based on it.

You saw this coming didn't ye? XD Just like the UI one, this UE Power Up isn't as strong or good as the natural one, nor does it last as long, plus it has a lower limit than the og. It's proper upside is that you're less likely to get self absorbed while using it.

This power up came about the same was as the Ultra Instinct one did. The Ancients (Sonic Frontiers), using their knowledge of the techniques, combined with the strange power up flora they found on Earth allowed them to create these mighty power ups that take the forms of flowers. They are quite rare by the modern say.
