So I've been working over the last year on realistic skin system for octane renderI'm nearing completion of this now, and I finally implemented a reasonable hair system
for any poser character. or DAZ character in octane render is basically a shader
this will work with any hairstyle very little interaction from the user
anyway this is just some samples watch this space

Yes the above, his hair farm and it's imported into poser,
my initial tests, the long hair there was something like 700 meg.
I'm sure that if I spoke to the creator of hair farm, who is a very nice guy.
That we could get the hair down the same as you've done with fibre mesh
To round 100 meg. To this quality. Again, is getting time to do it

Wow, this is probably some of the best hair I've ever seen on a DAZ or Poser character. The skin materials are very nice as well.

its render. via hair farm. (there still few issue before character) eg size of files. but i sure we will get there in the end,
latricis is working on the same issue for long hair. (short hair is easy) hair farm is very easy to use.
but i just not had the time work out . how get size down (maybe with 2 people on the job we find answer, )
