This is a complicated horn pattern to explain, but I am going to do my best. In order to get the curved ram horn, the inside half of the horn needs to be smaller than the outside. This way, just by sewing the two halves together, the fabric will already start the curve for you. You will still need to insert wire inside the horn (multiple pipe cleaners, or a thicker bendable wire) along with the stuffing and curve it by hand.

To be clear, the above pattern is for ONE HORN. You will need to FLIP the pattern for the SECOND HORN.

I started by cutting out the separate coloured pieces of each side of the horn and sewing them together into a complete half of the horn. I then sewed the bigger half and smaller half together (inside out to hide the stitching). Then I folded the horn the proper side out, inserted the wire, inserted the stuffing, and bent the horn by bending in a corkscrew motion for a ram-horn effect.
