Description
This is something I've been wanting to draw for quite a while. I made Rupert here long before I even had Pokemon characters. I wanted to have a character based on my favorite animal, so I created him. I finally got around to drawing an actual picture of him, since all the other ones I made years ago somehow disappeared. Originally, Rupert didn't wear clothes but I decided to give him some so he could stand out a little more. Since I've been neglecting him for such a long time, he's still a character under development.Rupert the Weasel (C) Me
