It's everyone's favorite...uh. Well...no one knows exactly what animal Sniff is. It's never stated. He looks weasel-like to me for the most part. I'm not quite ready to draw this cute guy yet so I decided to just make this collage of him using various scenes from the 1990s cartoon in the mean time.ΒSniff and the Moomins (c) Tove JanssonΒ

Who know what animal he is meant to be? The Moomins look like hippos, but apparently they are trolls. Little My and Snufkin look like humans, but apparently they're not.

Looked him up, there's no official definition of what animal he is, but he looks like a rat or a kangaroo, but I can see the weasel similarities.

Yeah, his large ears prevent me from saying 100% that he's a weasel. He just has a body like one.
