FN SCAR-H. I didn't like it in MW2 due the low rate of fire.But in Advanced Warfighter it has a better performance and high rate of fire(maybe its the L-type but who cares xd).

Absolutely love the SCAR weapons...
As for their appearance in GRAW, it had both the SCAR H and the SCAR L. SCAR L had higher rpm, higher ammo cap, but lower damage. SCAR H traded high rpm and high ammo cap for high damage and accuracy

And probably because FN didn't want anotheR FAL-like problem: Full size bullet + Full automatic capable rifle w/ High fire rate = zero control ON full auto.
