Gwen is a tech support robot at Arcanis Labs, she's always going out repairing people's computers, including those of the other employees. Occasionally someone like Josiah manages to screw up the programming up and makes the computers unusable or difficult to use. This is because he loves to download a lot of anime and manga to his computer as opposed to thing actually related to his line of work and it slows things down. Surprised he hasn't gotten fired yet.
