EDIT: NEWER VERSION AVAILABLE HERE: Star Wars Multiverse Timelines - Version 4As a giant Star Wars nerd, the recent Disney gutting of the canon hit me pretty hard, but just recently I came to a startling revelation. The key? Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 and Star Wars Rebels. Yes, the Rushed successor to KOTOR 1 and Disney's ugly CGI cash grab show. It all comes down to Malachor.
Malachor exists in both the Legends Canon and the new Disney Canon. They both have sith temples, and Rebels even shows Star Forge Symbols on it. The thing is... it shouldn't still be there. In Legends, the Light Side ending is canon and the planet is destroyed. The Dark Side Ending though...
It got me thinking. There are a lot of Alternate Time lines in Star Wars, what if, the Disney Star Wars Time Line is just the Dark Side ending time line? I charted it out and it works surprisingly well.
