Description
The men and women (and non-humans) of Wraith Squadron, as written about in the X-Wing novels by Aaron Allston. This is what the squadron looked like around the beginning of Solo Command. This drawing took me about 3 days.From left: Flight Officer Lara Notsil, Lieutenant Myn Donos, Flight Officer Dia Passik, Lieutenant Garik "Face" Loran, Flight Officer Elassar Targon, Commander Wedge Antilles, Flight Officer Hohass "Runt" Ekwesh, Lieutenant Shalla Nelprin, "Kettch", Lieutenant Wes Janson, Flight Officer Voort "Piggy" saBinring, Flight Officer Tyria Sarkin, Lieutenant Kell Tainer.
For those of you who have read the books, I know Face doesn't have his scar anymore at this point, but it makes him more distinguished! Also, the gesture Kell is making with his hand is a W, for Wraith, but it also can be the "word" symbol for those who want it to be...

Fantastic lineup! It reminds me of a Street Fighter artwork entitled Street Jam that I saw in a Capcom art book once. I loved Wraith Squadron, though the first book felt a little confusing to me with all-new characters save for Wedge Antilles and Wes Janson. Of course, I thought the Gamorrean Piggy and Garik "Face" Loran were pretty cool. I heard Aaron Allston is doing a new Wraith Squadron novel as we speak, entitled Mercy Kill. I wonder if it will bring back the surviving Wraiths. All I can do is wait and see.

Eeeee, I love the Wraiths! Wes in particular. My favorites of the X-Wing series is Solo Command, Starfighters of Adumar(my absoulute favorite just because it only has the Fab Four in it), and Wraith Squadron. Here's a couple links to some pictures I did. [link]

I must say that you've got something good going there. You have a style of drawing that's your own, it doesn't intimidate.
Haven't got as far as Starfighters of Adumar unfortunately. The last book I read was Solo Command. Recently I've read the Republic Commando novel series, but the ending to Order 66 kinda left me ticked off, so I'm taking a break from those novels for now.
