What if Nuka kills Kovu who survives behind his back(Kovu reunites with Kopa at the Hakuna Matata Jungle)
[Kovu goes through the gorge, floats on the river on the other side of the gorge, goes down the waterfall, and ends up on land right across from the Hakuna Matata Jungle with a lake in between.]
[Kovu enters right into the Hakuna Matata Jungle and looks for Kopa, and it doesn’t take long before he finds Kopa near a pool (shown during the “Hakuna Matata” song where Timon, Pumbaa, and a fully grown Simba each splash) playing with Afua, Malka, Mheetu, Imani, Koman, Sanura, Azola, and Shere Khan, and he gets their attention by jumping off a branch and into the pool and comes ashore.]
[They all stop and turn to see Kovu and become very astonished at his sudden appearance.]
KOPA: (astonished and touched to see his other best friend right there in front of him) Kovu…
KOVU: (feeling his heart beating) Buddy…
KOPA: (nodding his head and opening both of his forelegs in a “come here” gesture as he starts to have tears in his eyes) Come here, Kovu.
[Without wasting a second, Kovu runs up to Kopa and they share a very big tight hug as Kovu and Kopa cry with joy with their tears running down each other’s backs.]
KOVU: I’ve really missed you, buddy.
KOPA: I’ve really missed you too, Kovu my dear brother.
KOVU: (with a breath of joy) I can’t believe I got you back.
[Everyone else present cheers Kopa and Kovu on at their reunion.]
