Name: The Arachnid Mistress

Alias: Mistress, Aracnodite (mix of Aphrodite & Arachne), Spider Lady

Real Name: Charlotte Araignée

Current Age: 96 (in human years)

Gender: Female

Place of Origin: Brittany, France

Species: Slender being and spider creature hybrid

Personality: Mistress is a highly serious and independent lady. She is usually rather poised and well-mannered, but she can become quite aggressive in a matter of seconds due to constantly feeling on edge. Unlike others of her spider kind, she is very impatient when it comes to hunting and capturing victims and will kill them quickly. Occasionally, she will show her kind and motherly side, but this is extremely rare.

Birthdate: April 24, 1920

Birthplace: The Forest of Brocéliande, France

Sexual Preference: Heterosexual

Distinguishing Features:
Six black eyes
Eight spider legs instead of tendrils (Technically six since two legs are conjoined)
Openings on both her head and her back where her small, black spiders come out to make her clothes and hair
Spider mandibles that she can retract along with her venomous fangs

Official Backstory: Mistress’ mother was a creature similar to that of Arachne in Greek mythology and her father was an unknown slender being. He fell in love with the spider monster and mated with her to create the halfling known to them as “Charlotte”. Soon after, her father left her and the little halfling lived in The Forest of Brocéliande in Brittany, France with her mother. When she was around three in human years, Mistress’ mother took her to Mindbenderman, a slender being that she had been friends with, and asked him to take care of her. After some hesitation, he took the young girl in and raised her to be his companion/assistant. In her mature form, Mistress renamed herself and became independent, finding her own victims to feed on. She still lives with Mindbender though and still works for his “company”.

Special Abilities:
Her “tendrils are very strong and can quickly grab onto her prey
Her fangs are highly venomous and can kill her victims almost immediately
Mistress can spin webs, but they are typically very easy to break and take a lot of energy for her to make

Slender Sickness: Her sickness has multiple symptoms that are similar to that of having a spider bite. This includes and itching or sometimes painful sensation on the skin, redness on a certain part of the skin, slight numbness, and nausea with vomiting in very extreme cases.
