Here's an explanation of whats going on since this image might be a bit hard to follow:

Alexis has shrunk down an entire continent onto her toe. In a city in that continent, a girl named Katie is wearing a toe ring with a peculiar gemstone in it. This gemstone is a planet, and a city on that planet is about to be destroyed by a giantess named Victoria. On one of Victoria's toes, however, is an entire shrunken galaxy. Melissa lives on a planet in that galaxy, and is unaware that inbetween the ridges of her toeprint is a whole universe. Floating around in that universe is a terra giantess named Zoe. In front of one of Zoe's toes is a galaxy. Living in that galaxy is Hannah, who is browsing the internet. Hannah dismisses someone claiming the truth of their universe as crazy, unaware that they are completely right.
