As promised here's an explanation of whats going on in this image:

Picking up where we left off, Hannah brushed off the idea of her universe being in a girl's toeprint despite that being the truth. Hannah is also unaware of a micro continent on her sole. Living in a city in that micro continent is Julie, who is relaxing with her foot up in the air. Somewhere on her foot is a micro galaxy. A giga giantess named Diana is playfully teasing the micro galaxys version of Earth. On that Earth lives Winona, who is unaware that her friend Elissa has shrunken down her entire apartment complex onto a single one of Winona's skin cells on her sole. Elissa has also used her size powers to turn a chunk of the universe into her table and placing her feet in it. On a microscopic planet in that chunk of the universe is Rachel, who smells something unusual.
