Oh boy, time for something light-hearted! Time to ascend from the depths of angsty for a little while, before we dip back down again HARD, so for now let's enjoy some Chonks! I don't think the SMG4 Fan Modelling community really gets enough credit. Like, I love the designs and models Kevin makes, but I would be hesitant to say they're perfect. I think the only models that don't have major flaws or are outdated are probably Tari and Axol. The rest have rigging or texture issues. BUT, I appreciate the fan modellers for A: fixing them and B: making new models. I've already raved about the Deluxe Meggy model, and there's even a Police model with...some flaws but still.

ANYWAY, MrTheWizard decided to build on what SMG4 made with Mario Enters the Dark Web and make MOAR CHONKS. More than just Melony and Axol. Now we got Bob, Saiko and Tari! No Meggy, tho. Hmm. And I decided to just go through all of 'em, and make appropriate renders based on each one in turn;

1: Now, when I first made these, my good friend sandwich ShaHaley was in a bit of a bad spot. And he loves his snuggles so I thought, why not, let's make him something to cheer him up! So he gets the two best Chonks in the pack - Tari and Saiko - to snuggle with. The problem is...these things are HUGE. Like, MASSIVE. So big that even the mighty master of cuddles can;'t get his arms around them. So ChonkTari is just letting him pet her, while ChonkSaiko watches. Jealously.

2: And of course there's a Melony chonk. There had to be, she's one of the two canon ones in this pack, after all. And you know how I feel about Melony. So this was genuinely my first reaction upon seeing this Chonk addon on the Workshop; Oh goody, I've needed a new football! I didn't have a goalpost model, and I couldn't be arsed to get one, so I made one out of the TF2 Passtime Goal model and a portal effect. And Axol is unhappy.

"But Perry, won't you get more harassment from even insinuating you dislike Melony?"

Yeah, probably.

3: Anyway, next up is...Karsum? And Bob! Yes, there is a reason for this BEYOND their similar appearances. BASICALLY, blame BionicleRules coming up with a shitpost theory that Bob and Karsum are actually related (cousins, specifically) and Karsum is just waaaaaaaaay older than Bob. I found it so funny I decided it'd be good for a few shitposts of my own. It's not canon, obviously...buuuuuuuut...

"You know, cousin, you do get into some...unusual circumstances, such as this..."

"ScReW yOu. AlL oF tHe ChIcKs Go WiLd FoR tHiS pErFeCt BoD."

Oh, and the background is gm_construct, but heavily "Dark-Aetherfied". That's Chad-Reborn 's idea and creation.

4: And finally...God I didn't want to put Meggy in this again 'cause Sunset Paradise has left me really upset and angry but the joke was just too good to pass up. THAT and I already used Axol and...well yeah, I'm not planning on using Melony, outside of one more potential project. Anyway, the joke is that Chonk Melony, Axol ect are these little dumpy things. But Chonk MEGGY is...well, a fat, depressed dropout who eats pizza like we breathe oxygen. So she's just chilling at home while the Axol Chonk has...somehow found its way to her sofa. She's not all too pleased about the joke. Well that, and she's wondering where her pet bunny Binky has gone off too. I'm sure he's fine.
