Stoick: "From the time he could crawl, he's been different."Narrator: "One day, while young Hiccup quietly played on the floor of his house, he was suddenly startled when his father loudly burst through the front door and curtly dismissed the kind lady that had been watching over him.
"Hiccup watched as his father restlessly paced around the room. He was holding something round and blackened very close to his chest."

Hiccup: "Yes,it does bring back good memories. It was one of my favorite childhood toys (only one not related to war), so that deer got a lot of use! And I still have it, but he's bad shape."

Hiccup: "Of course, it was one of the few toys I got as a child so I cherish it quite a lot. (Thinks) Probably the only toy that wasn't a weapon. It's antlers are gone now....along with an ear....and one and a half legs---but I still have it!"
