Final colorized version of a submitted request. I didn't talk much about what went into this drawing in the penciled and inked submissions. I spent quite a while on this one messing around with gradients and shading. The one thing I couldn't get was the shadows on the ocean floor of the waves with the sun going through them. Rippled shadows I guess. I dig the pose I made. I wanted something cramped, yet not being crushed. Also gravity was an issue for the pose inside a bubble. It had to support her, but she had to have weight pushing the spherical edge outward in certain spots of contact. The hair came out odd shaped, but that is because the bubble is pushing her hair down on one side. I didn't get the large fish as lensed as I wanted. The effect is noticeable, but I wanted to really have it appeared fish eyed. Pun intended. Yes, I gradient shaded each and every bubble individually. I don't know how to select them all and gradient them all at once within their own shapes instead of the whole canvas. Lots of opacity changes were used. I wanted to continue to hide little things in the drawing like the sea horses. But the colored version lets them stand out. All in all this is probably my best computer enhanced drawing I have done. Not that I have done a lot, but I like to see my progress.

I see "bubbles" are a niche thing on here as well as some of the other requests I have been getting. The penciled and inked versions of this are getting many views after being up for only a couple of days. I assume this one will surpass them. If not I really did something wrong. LOL. And for the member who requested this not too long ago I hope this final product is to your liking and was worth the wait.
