Heh, if you want draw clouds in this style (anime clouds and etc), you must find any Makoto Shinkai's screenshot, open it in some painttool and try to draw self cloud near him cloud - so you will know how to draw nice clouds

It has a very calming nature to it; just because it is not super vibrant, doesn't mean it doesn't have power. This piece has a very relaxed feel to it; like an airplane smoothly moving over the clouds.
