Looking good. I've not seen a vault with a concrete facing, this looks nice. The pipes are cool, and the concrete looks good. Are you going to 'weather' it when you're finished?

Yes, mostly on the bottom.
This design is based on Vault 8 from Vault City (Fallout 2). Just take a look at a screenshot and you'll see the resemblance right away
