Description
A massive alien construction, able to propel any matter to incredible velocities, thus enabling FTL travel.The initial idea came from the amazing Freelancer and Mass Effect games.
Background is a great stock by entitled Moment in space CVI.

This looks very much to the way I imagine relays would look, although my vision of them contains more massive structures and more circular pathways. Also this does remind me a lot of Arthur Clarke's Rama for some reason.
