I don't usually get into character shipping, but this artwork is utterly gorgeous! I love the sense of passion and how tightly they're holding onto each otherβvery powerful with the feels.
With an incredible use of lighting, I might add! Like, wow, it's just so pretty how you have the intense light against the deep contrasting shadows, and that vibrant glow of blue really enlivens the piece. The "spotlight" ray is rather dynamic, and those glittering dust particles reflecting the light is a nice touch, as well.Β Β

OH THIS IS BEAUTIFUL.
I loved the whole sube-genre of The Painted Lady and The Blue Spirit: VIGILANTE COSTUMED FOOLS FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT. I wish they could have met in canon, or in an AU, because look at how gorgeous they'd have been, and by the way this is a fantastic fan art. Beautiful use of light and skin and body pose; it's perfect.
