I just realized that I have NO examples at all of what kind of manga pages I draw. So I decided to upload a couple of sample-pages from Date A Vampire.com written by X. Aratare and illustrated by me.

Regarding your question; let me just state that it's an absolute must that you should use Manga Studio (4 or 5) to create manga. Don't attempt it in Photoshop or similar such software. It's a nightmare. Manga Studio is created to make the process easier. As for the background, the magic word is Google Sketchup!!! Best software ever for creating backgrounds that have buildings, rooms or other man-made structures. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for responding back! And I do have Manga Studio Debut 4. Right now I mainly use the program to do my linearts, but I haven't attempted to do a manga page yet (don't know. how to work with screentones

Not a problem at all. 
Screentones are easy to use in Manga Studio. Just check out a couple of tutorial videos and in a couple of days you'll be a master at it. 
As for Google Sketchup; just google it.
