A very minor comment: Having grown up largely in Salem, Oregon (and otherwise in a variety of places all over Oregon) I would say the capitol city of that Viceroyalty would probably be either Oregon City/Portland area or even more likely Olympia/Seattle area. Larger populations, better access by both water and land... Really, all Salem had back in the day - and still has now - are some of the world's best conditions for agriculture; that swayed the European farm settlers and small business people to put their capitol there after bumping it around a couple other little farming towns nearby, but I doubt it would be the main consideration for royals and their courtiers and financiers.

Thank you. I like it even better than the first version.
It makes more sense to me now, since it shows the territorial evolution of RUNYNE and approximate borders of viceroyalties at the time of their acquisition.
