The title of this comic has two meanings, but I'll start with the one relevant to the comic itself. This comic takes place three years earlier, when Matt and Mattie were both 18. In Ego Trigger, people most commonly find their Ego and trigger around the age of 16, but Mattie still hadn't found hers (Matt had though). As a result, she had no idea that her Ego would be in the form of a cowgirl and the accompanying effects, so she didn't have pasties. I picked this as a situation because while I do enjoy breasts and nudity for the arousal, I personally enjoy it the most when it makes sense in a situation and when it's cute or humorous.

The other meaning is simple: I'm drawing nipples (occasionally), but not porn. So don't ask.
