This is a new FTOC. I know I already have a lot of them but what can I say I like making them.
He is another S-rank mage for my fan guild Mythic Cross. He is also my Oc Haru's father.

Minato doesn't cast magic like most mages he can manipulate the magic energy within his body to greatly increase his physical straight and speed. he can disrupt an opponents magic by attacking them and blasting his magic energy through them temporally blocking their spells, he mostly used this by directly striking the opponents body but he is capable of using it at range. he can blast his energy through the ground causing everyone in the area around him to temporally be unable to cast magic (like a magical EMP)

[breif bio ]
he and his wife both used to work for the magic council but not long after the birth of their son, Haru, his wife took a mission along during which she lost her life. Minato quickly became dispersed after this leaving the council and leaving his son in the care of the mythic cross guild with haru's grandfather. after years drinking his sorrows away in bars across the kingdom he eventually rejoined the guild as a s-rank mage. over time he came to terms with the death of his wife and began to cheer up tho he still enjoys a good drink
