every since i came up with the idea that Emiko could fly using her quirk I've wanted to do a picture of it, so her it is.
emiko's quirk alows her body to absorb sunlight and then use that energy to attack. similar to deku using full cowling, if emiko channels her energy over her entire body she becomes almost weightless then by shooting rays of light from her hands and feed she can push herself around effectively flying.

as for the internship, I haven't really thought about it.
I looked at some of the pro heroes and I don't think there is one that would fit Emiko. so maybe I'll invent a pro hero for her to intern with at some point.
