Well, basically, I've heard that Shantae, Shantae: Risky's Revenge, and Shantae and the Pirate's Curse make up one big story arc, and Shantae: Half-Genie Hero is supposed to be the beginning of a new one. I'm pretty confident about this.

for being a 3 minute sketch, this is probably my favorite drawing of Shantae! I never actually got to play Shantae, unfortunately, but I was hooked as soon as I saw adds for it way back when. Wish you luck in getting something out for her soon!

Yeah, her age isn't very locked down, is it? She looks a bit older than recent drawings. Probably because I drew it huge, and wasn't paying much attention to anything but speed lines. Also, I put the choker from the new design, but the sleeves from the old design. Long neck, fuller curves...hmm.
