Okay, ya gotta feel for BeastBoy.This guy's been around forEVER and he's still a joke. Dick is now an adult in Nightwing, Cyborg has even been allowed to grow up, even Impulse, the SECOND KidFlash, has now inherited adulthood.
but BeastBoy? nope....still just a kid.

seriously great, i really like it, the look and the story, but something that strikes me is, why would beastboy/beastman ever need a cape, just saying capes don't feel like they would suite bb to me still great and i still really like it

Actually, Beast Boy is in his early 20s and part of the Doom Patrol. He's no longer an official member of the Teen Titans, though he does come over to help out sometimes.

This is cute since they're both team members who were comic relief at one point.
I have a soft spot for Bart and his change into an "adult" wasn't "real" until he took over. For me, once they put on a suit they cease to be themselves: it's an icon, and I could never really tell them apart. He even started acting like the others. He wasn't as sure or cute; he was obviously going through stuff. And then he died.
Gar is only 20 or something now, isn't he? It's brought up a lot that he could be serious if he stopped trying to make everyone like him. WHen he did take over, demons came around and then, later, Jason came back and, in the end, a lot of people ended up dead. In the long run, when he did become serious, Raven dumped him for being Nightwingesque. I like him goofy but I do want him to find a balance. Right now he's a lot more mature via grief and he's finally got someone to mentor: Kid Devil.
When he does grow up, he can always be Animal Man. Heh.

That is a cool Adult Beastboy he imagined, really nice job!
But I thought the reason Bart grew up so fast was because he went forward into time (from the whole other Superboy...thing) and came back a few years older.
Of course, it still doesn't explain why Gar isn't growing up.

I was doing a crappy version of when Supes was holding Supergirl (from the first crisis) as if BeastBoy had a BeastMan (like Flash has to KidFlash) and then when his mentor would die, he'd take over.

cant beastboy just transform into an older version? Plus that flash idea sounds crap, does it really happen? So really any potential love relationships that flash gets are just morally wrong.

well to clarify- i havn't read a regular Flash title SINCE Impulse- but if you look at the history?
KidFlash (WallyWest) Equal to Robin (DickGrayson) Speedy and the rest, became theFlash back in the 80's. He recieved instant adult status....he was a kid, then POOF adulthood. BartAllen aka Impulse (then KidFlashII) was like 12 or 13 in the early 90's.
In comic book time, that was MAYBE 2 years ago.
Wally bites it and now again, POOF - this kid was was just working with YoungJustice and TeenTitans is now an adult in build, reputation, and whatever else comes along. At THE most he's like 17 (and that's pushing it)

Oh my gosh, thats so true. Impusle was just recently (like a year ago) Kid Flash in Teen Titans. Now he is a full adult.
Maybe they grow into the Flash suit when they put it on, and they age super fast which is why they have to keep finding new Flashes.
and Beast boy should change to Beast Man or back to Changling, just as Invisible Woman changed from Invisible Girl.

I figured when I watched Superfriends, I was watching BarryAllen- by the time i was reading comics, WallyWest was in the tights-
to me? as a love of characters? I think it puts a damper on who's actually under the suit when the just axe'em and say "As long as another white guy wears the suit, we're fine."
