ha- yeah, I don't usually share the roller coaster of flip-flop on character design. When I was doing this one, I just said screw it- show it all.
The final look in the book is different still.

The white evolved naturally for me, no idea why. I think i'll tint the secondary shadow tone w/ a little more green, but he'll remain primarily white in color.

I've been busy painting a bunch of kids canvases to sell at markets. I'll be selling them as well as doing custom ones too. My painting skills are pretty dodgy at the moment though, but people seem to like them. Maybe I'll do prints as well down the line.
I'll be starting work on my second book shortly I think so that should be fun.
