Description
In all the preparation for Mysterious Adventure Magazine [link] , I've been neglecting my EveryMajorCity characters....which to a certain degree is liberating. It's nice to get a break from convoluted storylines and just create random fun.Here's STARSHIELD done up by Scott Wegener [link] of ATOMIC ROBO fame.

Neat! Kinda makes him look like the punisher, except with more colors and less angst and misdirected violence.

It could be a happy Punisher type. Of course, that would make it...him/her...more like a villain than an antihero.
