Ok...well you all wanted the witch animated, so here she is.
I tried making some hair for her and it looked gross...so she's not having any hair.
Thanks to *darkmoon3636 for giving me the idea of a cauldron.

I can see it being handy in convos way out of the hallowheen season. 
The incorporation of the wooden stairs really adds that comic edge, where the master mind is so petite in comparison to his/her evil grand scale laboratory equipment.
I also enjoy the story line you have made with her self-satisfied look when she is about to pour the potion into the boiling pot, leading into her dissapointement after seeing the hokus-pokus fail. Furthermore, it is repetitive in such a way, that it almost seems as if the whitch just keeps adding more of her secret potion as the reaction keeps stabilizing, in order to keep stirring up the pot.
