“Shockwave: All Are Seen [2]”
In the original cartoon, while most of the stories focused on the Earth-based Transformers, Cybertron was controlled by the Decepticon Shockwave. The planet was mostly defunct due to an eons-long energy shortage; nevertheless, there was at least one active Autobot resistance cell. So if Shockwave decided to assert his dominance via messaging, perhaps it would look like this piece - basically an op-art adaptation of the celebrated "The Transformers Are All Dead" cover from the original Marvel comic series.

I also made a WWII-propaganda-inspired version. And as for that resistance cell, I also envision them using guerilla art to turn Shockwave's messaging against him, as well as of course doing battle against his minions.
