Prints available!Like my previous piece , this is a parody of a classic Guinness poster . I had only planned on making the one, but after this comment from Byrdman-08 , I just couldn't resist. Prints of it will also be for sale at BotCon .
I decided to try a more "weathered" look this time. I'm considering applying the same treatment to the first poster, but maybe it's better to have one be clean and one not so people can have the choice? Let me know what you think.

The prints came in last week, and they're looking good. My first priority is selling them at BC, but if there are some left over (or if demand is high enough for another run), I'll let you know. You seriously run a bar?

More than one choice is always good. Plus, it helps individual pictures stand out from each other even if they have the same theme.

The Beat Brothers are simply a perfect choice for this homage, Matt. I also like that you made FRENZY the center of attention (even RUMBLE's) in this, because in the cartoon, at least, he was far too much of a "Rumble Redux."
The sort of slightly windswept look works, too, though I wonder if you applied it mainly to the background? The fusion cannon and the guys seem to be fairly clean still.
And as for clean, if I had anything to say about it, I'd keep the first poster just as it is. It's in NO need of improvement.

Heh, I actually just made the choice based on color theory: the red jumps to the forefront and matches the typography. But now that you mention it, giving the second-banana character the spotlight actually does work well for the scene.
The weathering texture is indeed applied over everything, but it just happens to be darker over the top and right. You can see it a little on the end of the fusion cannon.

Hee hee, thanks! The funny thing is, after you suggested parodying the girder poster, my brain pretty quickly came up with this whole scene. Then you mentioned using tape-bots, and I knew we were on the same page.
