“Shockwave: All Are Seen [1]”
In the original cartoon , while most of the stories focused on the Earth-based Transformers, Cybertron was controlled by the Decepticon Shockwave. The planet was mostly defunct due to an eons-long energy shortage; nevertheless, there was at least one active Autobot resistance cell. So if Shockwave decided to assert his dominance via messaging, perhaps it would look like this piece. I was inspired by a particular bit of WWII propaganda. (While that's actually an American anti-Nazi poster, the Nazis' actual designs weren't that far removed.) Plus I had some fun making an op-art version that more closely mirrors my inspiration for the wording.

And as for that resistance cell, I also envision them using guerilla art to turn Shockwave's messaging against him , as well as of course doing battle against his minions.
