Description
When they announced Coipel would be drawing an new X-Men comic I was like ok that'll be cool, then Marvel said we are putting everyone's favorite badass mutants on one team, and then I became a fan of that comic before it was released. So if you haven't gotten X-Men vol.4, I suggest you check it out.Recently my buddy Zach called me out on my lack of DA updating, so I decided to share this old drawing that was sitting on my desktop collecting digital dust. More X-Men teammates to follow, when I get around to cleaning them up.

If you want to get in, you have draw a lot, and then take a lot of figure drawing classes, draw a lot more, then go outside and draw some more, then take some animation classes, read Richard William's Animation Survival Kit. Draw and study, then put a portfolio together and apply. Even I to take a lot more figure drawing classes and draw even more, so don't ever stop drawing, that's the key to getting into the business.

Thanks! I worked on that show and learned a lot from the series lead character designer, Phil Bourassa, so a lot of what he taught me has carried over into the way I draw now.Β

Man I wish there was a new X-Men show, but I would like for the designs to look like someone else's stuff or a streamlined version of Coipel's work. Thanks for the kind words, greetings from Los Angeles.

Thanks for the extremely kind words, but I like the anime one. This is just me following the redesign that I think Kris Anka did, not sure, but her new designs embodies elements from her old costumes which is why it looks great.
