Amazing! I am immediately drawn to colors and this is just so eye catching, I love it! The fact that the paint is peeling and it's empty... UGH I just wish I was this good.

I love the photo, but the title really has an impact too, about how as time passes throughout history and even after abandonment, some things just never leave that easily.

I second this! We'd appreciate a reply! I especially, since I just visited Europe with me aunt, and I saw the outside of abandoned buildings, and so desperately wanted to find some like yours!

I want to step into the picture and walk around in it and look at the colors that remain. I want to see what is off to the left side beyond those arches. I love pictures that make you want to go inside of them. Just fantastic.

It looks as though it could be Russian. Orthodox Russian churches tended to be painted brightly and ornately during the Imperial Age and earlier. During the Soviet reign many orthodox churches were abandoned or destroyed. Its amazing that you have this, its beautiful.

I thought this was an oil painting for half a minute. It's a very beautiful photo, It just has such a painterly look for some reason. I like that none of colors on the walls are too bright or saturated, it gives it that run down, retired-beauty look. I also noticed a good balance of warm and cool colors; that's nice as well. Definitley a great photo.

Only the walls make it look abandoned, and so is the stairs. But the rest is fine - it's like if it was an old church being used today.
