i agree with ~mers01, except there is that strangely disturbing angle of the piano. sad to see it disused. perhaps one day it will feature in 'DA - The Movie', with languid cosplay stars drinking on that balcony.

Great photo of a dramatic and beautiful location. Perfect composition, and overall it looks quite real and rich and textured.
The one thing I'd question is your treatment of the piano room. There is an unreal look to the piano, the room and its lighting- I think it just looks too well lit, almost like it's rendered rather than a photograph. It's hard to tell- was the piano actually there and the unreal quality of it is a product of HDR, or did you edit the piano in from another picture? Something just doesn't look right about it.
I know many who use HDR don't really go for realism, but if realism is what's wanted, you might want to look at how the shadows fell in the original photograph in this corridor and add in a bit more of that back into the picture. Darkening the piano a bit might help as well- the highlight on the top of it and on the keys seem particularly to mismatch with the lighting of the rest of the scene. The light streaming in from under the doors suggests that the piano room ought to actually be significantly darker than the rest of the scene, for the light to be bright enough to show up like that, yet the piano room is not that dark.
I am by no means an expert on realistic lighting, but just trying to explain why I think the lighting looks a little 'off' there as best I can.

I dreamt once a place like this, but those stairs were outside with a garden pond in the middle...all were really ruiny...somehow beautiful and lonely.
