a church?
to me it looks like i was a church and then some other religious organization took over it,
the built is Christian but the colors/ornaments are not. perhaps they are or muslim or hindu.
and the place is abandoned but the floor is so clean? weird, but i LOVE the picture, you captured the place's essence.

It's Christian, might be Orthodox though. The floor looks good since people now started to fix the roof and prevent further decay.

weird, i have never seen a church that has symmetrical ornaments, only in mosque i saw these kind of stuff.
oh well, i trust you! i wonder how it looked like before it was tarnished.
