The piano is not fake! I've seen a picture with it laying on the stage a few weeks before my visit, when I came there it was laying on the seats.

Yeah, how did that piano get there? There isn't a hole in the roof or anything...
Nevertheless, this is a great shot. The perspective offers a wonderful view of the 'audience', which is a nice turn of the tables. The lighting gives the space a warm feeling that seems necessary in such a dilapidated theatre. It's like it came to life for just one more moment.
