At first, the silhouette in the distance made me think, "Ah, Vader arrives!" lol Then, the more I looked at it, I started hearing that eerie clarinet music in the background from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark...

Exactly how I use to see it.Β You capture the majesty and the ruin well.
Unwearied then were Durin's folk;
Beneath the mountains music woke:
The harpers harped, the minstrels sang,
And at the gates the trumpets rang.

You say Halls of.... And being the Hobbit / Lord Of The Rings fan that I am, my mind won't stop saying Erebor and/or Moria...

great work! only crit i may add is some strong directional lighting on the figures would have worked nicely to pull focus as well as agree with the window lighting. I think a silhouette of a figure in the foreground would have worked really nicely, as well as continuing the path to the foreground, it would give a really nice scale reference and sense of depth.
anyways those are just my ramblings, great work buddy

Thanks a bunch for the help!! Thats a good idea to push out the silhouette more with with some additional light. Always glad to hear some honest opinions! Will keep the things you said in mind for the next ones; )

I wanna say Halls of The Mountain King but this could be LotR related. Maybe Smaug is just around the corner.
Awesome work.

Wow, what a beautiful place. I like the colors and the atmosphere, it should really be featured in a movie or a game

I like how you minimize the color palette yet still looks good. Also, the texture mashing ended up looking well. I'm still thinking why I'm still doing it and yet it ended up like a mess.

Thanks! Yeah texture is tricky. I would say keep it very flat and subtle and dont put some in the shadows. But ...its tricky xD Im not that sure about it too oO
