Description
'In a distant land, iron fisted rulers govern an oppressed city. The royal family has banished the use of magic all but to themselves, the small folk are in uproar and only the king's rebellious son stands in the way of a Kingdom on the brink of war'Three character designs I'm working on for my college project, centered around a witch, a prince and a princess. I love those sort of characters, very english with their sensibilities but not over the top.

Great stuff! I can imagine their distinct personalities very clearly. The poses & costumes are excellent.
On a technical note, the intensity of the background color washes them out a little. It's a great color for underpainting, but if you knocked it back a little once you were done with the figures they'd pop more.

Those character's silhouette are so clean and lively! But what I enjoy the most is that wonderful use of color on that piece.
