Description the "Finish Avatar" project week two.

Oh Aang. 100 years frozen in ice and the first thing you think of is having fun. That speaks volumes about you.

And Katara here... she picks up a club and starts whacking at an Iceberg larger than her village? Did she really think she'd get through it all in an afternoon? Obviously... it did open up, but it seems like that was more due to an "all powerful Avatar" kid being the one frozen inside. Then again, she did just destroy a different iceberg by accident so... who knows.

This show was fun from the beginning.

And yes, the show was fun from the beginning. It was gold <3 sighhhhh. I wish it was still running. I miss the newness of it, you know what I mean? I love watching reruns, but it's not the same "Oh my gosh, what's gonna happen?" excitement.

Unfortunately, I started watching the series after the last episode aired. I heard about it when it was on, but I thought "It's just one of those Nick shows" and, at the time, I put it in the same group with Spongebob and Catdog... which are interesting shows, but not something I watch religiously. Then, about a year and a half ago, someone I really trust when it comes to anime and TV shows told me I HAD to see it and (for the little extra umph) let me borrow his DVD set. Then, I realized how much I'd been missing out on.

So, I'll never REALLY get to experience that "newness" that most of the fans had. But, when I watched it, it was still all new to me and I think that's what your talking about... and I too miss having something unknown to look forward to.

That's why I'm looking forward to Korra when it come out. Hopefully it brings that same excitement with it.

So, don't worry...rant all you want! I do it too

I started to really watch about a year ago actually. I had seen it around nick, but I never really got into it. But about a year ago I say it and I was like "I remember that!" And so I watched one episode and I was hooked. So yes, I'll never really get to experience the true newness, but it was still new to me when I watched it. :]
