So... this is a reference to an episode of Doctor Who. It might not make much sense out of that context... so, here's a link to the scene from YouTube: [link]
I thought of it while re-watching "The Ember Island Players" episode again, and seeing how ridiculous his hat (which isn't quite a fez) was. It reminded me of that DW episode, which in turn reminded me of the Avatar episode where Aang buys the bison whistle...
*cough*... I know... I'm extremely unfunny. My mind just automatically connects things, and sometimes my hand decides to draw them.
