Handbuilt by coil and slab construction.Lithum glazes layered
14in x 5in x 5.5in
This piece is the embodiment of new growth as if it were an egg or seed newly hatching out of the confined space of its enclosure. Freshly emerging from its state of suspended animation to experience the world as it sees fit.

Thanks. I really love the glaze too and I though I had written down the right recipe from my friend and when I went to make it again it didn't turn out the same. Also my friend moved to Australia so I can't get in touch with him...

It is the sort of thing I do all the time so I understand fully. Pieces rarely turn out like I think they will.
