Artwork intended as a sorta birthday gift to a colleague who's an otaku and a Carioca (someone who was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil [I'm from São Paulo, and she lives here]), ergo 'Otakarioca'...the speech bubble text makes fun (in a nice manner) of her cute Carioca accent...
the text is altered from regular Portuguese in order to be read as the accent is heard... it doesn't contain any special or witty line, instead being focused on featuring specific words that are funny in Cariockish:
