Description
A slight redraft of the Ares combat vehicle. I didn't really dislike the og art, though it was not the best angle to show the shapes. The mini didn't help its case by being very narrow when I'd had it in my head that its footprint was near square. So, unwilling to concede it sucking, I did up its one variant, the dark ages plasma canon Ares.

With the even more intense heat from the canon, the profile of the forward tracks was changed to clear all lines of barrel depression as well as move the tracks from possible harm. The forward cockpit area also being retooled and re-armored. With the change to internals form the LRM/ammo changes the gunner's station was moved into a high vis turret placement.
