Almost! I have a book that has knotwork cross stitch graphs, it's been around for years and is really hard to read but has great patterns I think I like your drawings much better than my bookmark!

lovely bookmark
how did you find the patience to work with the rayon thread? I have had nothing but troubles when trying to use it & just gave up

I found a trick to it. I was having a discussion on here with one of the mods from about the shredding that happens when using the rayon. I want to use it all the time but kept having that shredding. I did some research and found out that the floss itself is a form of shredded cloth and is then made into floss so it naturally wants to shred. BUT!!! I have found that if you use linen for the cross stitch the shredding doesn't happen. Aida is naturally stiff and scratchy and has catches on it that help the floss to shred like it wants to, but linen does not. so now we have SUCCESS!!! And keeping the floss at shorter lengths helps too

ah...makes sense; I do tend to use Aida vs linen just because I haven't bought much linen except when it was on sale & saved it for when I did special projects with hand-dyed floss. but I do have a small piece of linen in my stash that I'll try out the rayon with. thanks for the advice

Thank you I have a booklet that has cross stitch patterns in it to help the stitchers to create all kinds of things. If you'd like to see a page note me your email and I'll email it to you
