I can barely wait for when Tsunade brings Asuma and Jiraiya back when I saw Jiraiya under the mask I was like... and at the same time. I will honestly say that when he is back will be among my most favorite scenes of this Doujin.

Great cover, I really like it. Jiraiya's left arm/shoulder don't seem quite right though. He just doesn't look like he's at the angle he would need to be for that pose.

What, with all on Tsunade's end, when it comes to trying to figure out a way to bring Jiraiya and Asuma from their comas, and how all this emotionally wears on her; knowing the possible potential that Jiraiya could be brought back, and be able to possibly live on normally. Silly Tsunade, and keeping those emotions of hers in check. Of course she has to, with the title of Hokage, but who ever said a Hokage couldn't at least show some human qualities, through the occassional show of human emotion? Well, at least Shizune's warming her up, through alcohol, no less...
I like the tinting you gave, to the overall appearance of the room (the lighting and how you set the filtering moonlight to show the outline and shape of the window). Really sets the mood and impression that Tsunade's pushing herself into the night, with work. Admittingly, I at first thought when I saw the lineart, the appearance of Jiraiya, made me think he was like a ghost and watching over her. And then, I remembered "Duh! Jiraiya and Asuma have been in the hospital, in a coma."
