The most epic battle of all time in Equestria is about to happen... A DDR dance battle!!
No comic this week but I promise there will be one next week. As soon as I think of it.
So I wanted to do a Flash and Twilight image since I do support the ship. But not the EG version ship, I prefer my version of Flash.
And what song are they battling to? You decide! Because I haven't played DDR in years.

For humor purposes, I could almost see the song "No Princess," from the game "In the Groove 2" being played. My camp is in support of Twilight's current status, mind you, but being able to use some humor now and again may prove interesting.Β
If played seriously, possibly then the song "Bag," from "Dance Dance Revolution Extreme." Even on medium difficulty ("standard"), this is not a song friendly for those new to the game, and it looks like Twilight in the above pic could be responding to being called on that label (have an easier time seeing Flash as more seasoned). That, and it looks like the two really are keeping up with each other.Β
Anyway, I like this pic. Besides being well colored, vibrant, and dynamically drawn (both the poses and facial expressions), it conveys a lot of energy to it. They look like they're serious about competing, and really aren't holding back from one another. This is believable since, in real life, one really doesn't know whether or not a liking will be taken to these kinds of games until they're actually tried. Of course, in real life, it's actually getting on the dance floor, in the arcades, that can be a very serious challenge, then turning point, for new players. Β Β
While I'm not leaning either way towards a shipping, I can believably see the two (Twilight and Flash) fostering the type of friendship where neither party holds back from one another. That is, the two being the type that, outside of the above, can handle being blunt with one another.Β

This may be the best Flash/Twilight image I've ever seen. They look dynamic, alive. They're not lost in each other's eyes, yet they're playing off one another and it's clear they share a special energy. Stuff like this makes the couple way more fun.
